Elqwanza Watson Obituary

Elqwanza Tarquetta Watson was born February the 5th 1990. She was a blessing going to Latarsha Watson-Wright and Elkin Williams. She was the first born of three from her mother “Qwanza” is what everyone called her.

She was educated through the Dade County School systems and graduated from Carol City High school. “Chief Pride”

Elqwanza was mean and humble all in one she was mean because she didn't mind speaking opinion and telling anybody how she felt with no regrets. Humble because she was sweet and kind hearted. If she was cool with you she would give you the shirt off her back. In 2008 at the age of 18 she was diagnosed with lupus, a few years later she developed kidney failure.

Elqwanza lived her life every day to the fullest of her ability. She enjoys spending time with her family and taking care of her nieces and nephews. Wherever her mom went she was never too far behind.

While spending time with her family during the Thanksgiving holidays Elqwanza was called home on November the 27th 2022.
