A TIME TO BE BORN

Anthony was born in November 9, 1964 in Orangeburg, South Carolina, to Mrs. Rhodell Sweat and the Late Mr. Morris Sweat, Sr.   Anthony grew up in Orangeburg, County, together with his three (3) siblings, Brothers, Carl Sweat, the belated Morris Sweat, Jr. and Sister, Victoria Sweat.

A TIME TO LIVE

Anthony was educated in South Carolina.  During this time He was devoted to his athleticism, where he excelled in Football and Basketball, until he graduated from Holly Hill Roberts High School in 1983.  While in South Carolina, Anthony was a member of the Rock Hill AME Church in Vance County, SC.  Soon after graduation, Anthony would relocate to Miami, Florida, making it his permanent residence.  Anthony would eventually meet Selina Wellons and they created and birthed their one and only Son, Bobby Antonio Wellons, on September 21, 1984.  Anthony and Selina married and raised their son together. Selina devoted her time and energy to caring for Anthony in the most loving way, until his time on this earth was no more. Anthony would spend much time with his grandchildren, who were born to their Mother, Dominique Shelton, (Antonio's wife),  Anthony named Dominique as the Daughter he always wanted.  As they continued to grow and increase in number, Grandparents, Anthony and Selina spoiled them. Granddaughters, Maniriah, Ne'Zyriah, Ma'Lorie and Grandsons, Zakais and Zaiden. While Anthony lived, HE UNFORTUNATELY experience the loss of his dear Father, Mr. Morris Sweat, Sr., his Brother, Mr. Morris Sweat, Jr. and Nephew, Rico Sweat.

A TIME TO DIE

On February 3, 2023 at 10AM, The Lord called Anthony home. Selina and their son, Antonio devoted their time and energy to caring for Anthony in the most loving way, until his time on this earth was no more.

A TIME TO MOURN

Mr. Anthony Sweat leaves to cherish the sweet memories:

His one and only Son, Bobby A. Wellons and wife Dominique Shelton. His beloved Grandchildren, Maniriah, Ne'Zyriah, Ma'Lorie, Zakais and Zaiden, Selina R. Wellons

Parents, Mrs. Rhodell Sweat Brother, Carl & wife, Barbara Sweat, Sister, Victoria Sweat, Uncles, Robert Lee Isaac and Stephen with wife, Elnora Isaac, Bernice Dash

Rev. Lulia Mae & Rev. John McNeil,  Geradine Holman and children, Sharon, Angie and Vanessa together with Lorraine Council, Joann Council, The Holman & Council Family, 

Thelma Williams, Sister-in-Laws, Tasla Sweat and Kayla Sweat and a loving host of nieces and nephews
