Cap was born July 12, 1982 to Harry R Phillips and Debra D Moss He started his education journey at North County Elementary then relocated to Westview middle and later finished at Miami Northwestern Sr. High School.

He grew up in carol city with his siblings but later moved to be raised by his father in Liberty city where he met new friends and homeboys who became brothers.

Cap was very intelligent and a wiz in math. He loved his nieces, nephews and cousins and was an athletic leader in their lives.
He loved music and played it really loud all the time! He was an inspired rapper and performed in clubs down south along side his brother in their group called D.O.C.E

Cap will be missed, loved, and cherished for the rest of our lives and to this he leaves to carry on his legacy his sons, Tyquarn D Moss jr.(Shayla, GF) (Charquilla, M) Amar'e Moss ( Ambrionne, M)Grandsons Tyquarn D Moss the 3rd. and Tywuan Moss
