Janice Jean Elvine 67, entered on Earth August 5, 1955, in Miami Florida. Janice was the second oldest child of seven children to the "late" Willie Elvine Sr. Janice is preceded in death by two siblings, Wille Lee Elvine jr and Celita Elvine wright. At a very young age, Janice accepted Jesus Christ as her lord and savior. Janice Attended Miami Jackson High where she met her long-life partner "late" Carl Oliver Jr and together they created Carl Oliver III. Janice had three more beautiful children, Kiara Elvine Hill, "late" Miller Elvine, and Jasmine Elvine Hill. Janice was a line server for Miami Edison High School.

August 30,2022, s when the lord called for HIS beautiful Angel and told her it was time for her to come home to rest. Her work on earth was done.

Janice leaves behind her mother Mindy Sims, sisters Rose Elvine Nel, and Michelle Elvine, two brothers Gene Elvine, (Patrici Reed Elvine) Travis Elvine, (Shauntia Elvine), children Carl Oliver III, Kiare Elvine Hill, "late" Miller Elvine, 16 grandchilden and 6 great-grandchildren, a hos of nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great-nephews. Janice will be greatly missed by all those who held her close and deep in their hearts.
