On June 11, 1960, a beautiful baby boy was born to Phyliss Clark ( Deceased) and Charles Blaylock (Deceased) in Chattanooga Tennessee. As a young child, Gary and his mother moved to Miami Florida where he attended Miami Dade County Public Schools and later obtained a GED. Gary worked as a truck driver and was always a very happy, very helpful and very detailed oriented young man when doing any assignment. Gary loved his family and did any and everything to keep them smiling. Gary was self-centered and anytime you saw him he was wearing his overalls and had a drink in his hand. Most of all he loved his children and he tried to provide for them to the best of his ability. Gary was a great father and his children was his world
