Bonita Williams affectionately known by her family and friends as "Nita or Ms. B" was
Born to the late Alfred & Minnie Williams on October 1, 1954, in Miami, Fl. Bonita had
Three siblings who proceeded her in death. (Carol Taylor, Dwayne Williams and Donna
Copeland)
Two of Bonita's children also proceeded her in death (Tierioae (Meka) Williams and
Tobiletha Lovely)
After Bonita received her High School Diploma from Miami Jackson Senior High
School, she began working at Florida Check Cashers/Auto tag agency and Road
America where she thrived for many years. In the late 2000's Bonita began a
Flourishing career with the department of children and families. She had a passion for
Helping everyone she was fortunate enough to cross paths with. She was a natural
When it came down to helping those in need. Bonita was well loved and respected by
Everyone she worked around. After Bonita retired from the state of Florida, she
Continued to do all the things she had a love for, she loved to read, reading had been a
Hobby of hers all her life. She believed that reading could take you anywhere and that
There was always something new to learn. She also enjoyed gardening and planting
Flowers, which spoke to the kind of person she was. It takes patience and
Perseverance and a love for all things living to grow a garden or a beautiful flower. She
Absolutely inherited her mother's green thumb.
On Monday July 1, 2024, Bonita received her Angel wings and was called home to
Rest. But before the Lord so gently carried her home Bonita received Jesus Christ as
Her personal Lord and Savior and was filled with his holy spirit.
Bonita will be forever loved and missed by her five children: Tasha Mitchell (James),
Taryn Lovely, Precious Lovely, Devlon Williams, and Tynan Williams, her Siblings (Alfred
E. Williams, Felicia L. Keller (Homer), and Anna Johnson. Her treasured

Grandchildren Darius, William, Derrick, Bonita, D'Marqus, Donovan Jr, Darryl, lmani,
Tobiletha, Killiah, Will-Earnest Il, Tyeisha, Tykiera, Destiny, Ariyah, Nehemiah and
Blessing. Eleven great grandchildren, along with a host of nieces and nephews whom
She has so graciously opened her home to at some point in their lives, and countless
Other family and friends who was blessed to be a part of her
